Laurent: a Tuono V4 in French Polynesia

From Noale, Italy, to Papeete, French Polynesia. Distance as the crow flies: 16,472 kilometres (10,235.2 miles). We are practically at opposite ends of the globe (not the furthest geographic location from Italy, but it’s not far off!). But the allure of Aprilia, as we know, has no bounds. And the story contributed by our friend Laurent D. can give us a good idea of how much the passion that unites us racers is really the same at every latitude of the world.

Laurent is an expert motorcyclist, who for 40 years, since he was practically just a child, has tried them all, from single-cylinder to four-cylinder, over a long journey that has taken him through different motorbike philosophies.
